Con estas novedades, señala Bejar, La Estrella “se adelanta a la navidad con un regalo para los niños y las amas de casa”. Algo que se destaca en la fabricación de los productos es el uso de materia prima e insumos de procedencia boliviana.
Para este nuevo emprendimiento se instaló una fábrica de cereales con una inversión de más de medio millón de dólares, que cuenta con tecnología de última generación y un alto control de calidad en el proceso.
Los fideos, además están fabricados según normas y estándares nacionales e internacionales. Al mismo tiempo, la nueva línea de cereales está fortificada con vitaminas y minerales, lo que contribuye con el desarrollo y crecimiento de los niños y niñas.
Los objetivos principales de La Estrella son “mantener la calidad, cuidar la salud, pero lo principal es seguir innnovando en base a las necesidades de los consumidores”, asegura Bejar, al mismo tiempo de enfatizar que esta empresa “es líder en el mercado”.
Con 104 años de experiencia en el rubro alimenticio, y una larga historia llena de triunfos y muchos reconocimientos La Estrella se consolida en el mercado nacional y sigue brillando en los hogares de todos los bolivianos.
1921 es el año en el que José Aimaretti funda La Estrella en un pequeño taller artesanal.
